Working as part of a fun but professional team, an opportunity has arisen for a Billing Administrator to be responsible for ensuring that customer and billing information is correct and up to date.

This is essentially an administrative role suitable for a numerate candidate with high Grades in GCSE Maths and English. You will be responsible for processing call data records, updating customer accounts on the billing system, answering customer billing queries, compiling reports and assisting with the monthly invoice run.

This role may suit either a recent A Level or College leaver, looking for their first or second administrative role or alternatively a more experienced administrator. A good phone manner and flexible attitude is key, as well as a high level of numeracy. If a candidate already has Telecoms Billings experience, our client may consider increasing the salary up to £18k.
