Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: General * Work positively within the Capita culture, taking an active role in the functioning of the Client Account Team * To be a flexible team player, assisting colleagues and providing cover as required. * Participate fully in all team and company meetings. * Provide requested figures monthly basis to present to the Administration Team Leader. * Take an active part in own personal development, attending workshops and courses as necessary and advising Administration Team Leader of any skills gaps and development needs. Client Knowledge * Act proactively in all dealing with Hiring Managers/Contractors - take each contact as an opportunity to provide excellent customer service. * Cross check all requests with Cost String to ensure accuracy of data entered onto Hyphen. Client Care * First point of contact for all Client queries and requests - processed quickly and efficiently. * Raise and process rate increase requests * Administrate the extension process monthly to ensure that all contractors are advised of their status, and that the client is charged appropriately * Run a 6 week missing timesheet report weekly to capture data on contractor leavers and to chase for timesheet submission * Responsible for removing leavers from the systems - disengage from Hyphen and early term from RR where necessary * Chase unreturned contracts on a weekly basis to ensure that all contractors are on site with a current signed contract and that they can be paid accurately and on time. General Support * Enter requirements onto Hyphen and Red Rabbit accurately and fully * Maintain list of 2nd tier agencies keen to join companies 2nd tier suppliers list. * Send monthly report to all 2nd tier agencies to enable processing and provide first point of contact for queries * Ensure that all contracts with 2nd tier agencies are current and renewed where necessary. Experience * Strong administration skills 1-2 years * Experience of multi tasking and prioritising * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
