Job Description
A Senior Sous Chef is required to work in one of the best restaurants outside of London.
This luxury, multi award winning property in the heart of the countryside is hoping to recruit an ambitious and hard working Senior Sous Chef for their Main Kitchen.
This is a demanding role, but working as part of a large and highly skilled brigade you and the restaurant kitchen team will cater for the hotel\'s multi award winning restaurant, constantly meeting and exceeding guest expectations. It is preferred that you too come from a 5 star or Michelin background with a minimum of 2 to 3 years at this level.

Qualifications/Experience required:
5 star or Michelin experience 2 - 3 years experience
Must possess a solid and stable background
Fast and egger to learn
Motivated, passionate and dedicated worker
