Job profile: Attending internal meetings at the beginning of each new search. Understanding the client company, the market it is in etc and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill. Working with the Partner and Consulting staff on your search team to develop a research strategy and then documenting that strategy. Developing a list of companies relevant to the client company. Running the search and assisting in the development of a position profile that outlines the position we are filling and specific deliverables expected of the placed candidate. Mining the market.· Fluency in a second European language is essential.
Person profile: Highly motivated. Hardworking and organized individual. Must have ability to think strategically. Multi-tasker with strong time management skills. Good sense of judgement and ability to prioritise.
