Full Description:

Office Angels are currently seeking a flexible and committed person to work in a 6 month temporary position based in Hemel Hempstead.

This role will involve working as part of a fraud prevention team. Spotting potential fraud and following the relevant procedures are an integral part of the role. You will be liaising with customers and departments mainly via email and sometimes via the telephone.

The ideal person for this role will have:

Experience of working within a banking / fraud control team.
Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
An organised and hard working attitude.

This is a full time role for a minimum of 6 months working weekday and sometimes weekend shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
