Job Description

Capita Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Qualified or close to qualifying ACCA, ACA, CIMA Financial Accountant to join their global Hi-Tech company in the Berkshire area. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for; the preparation of the annual statutory and income tax accounts for European branches and India; Maintain the integrity of the European general ledger; Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are completed for all accounts and areas; Manage the Intercompany accounting as well as the submission of VAT returns across Europe and India. Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong statutory accounting experience as well as possessing good knowledge and exposure of working with foreign exchange and multi-currency. Ideally you will come from a Hi-Tech/IT background although this is not essential. The successful candidate can expect to work in modern offices based on the Thames in Berkshire with plenty of parking and additional benefits.
